What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 11:00 p.m., please call +81-6-6460-0109 to let us know.
Could I request early check-in and/or late check-out?
This may be possible for an additional fee depending on the room type. Please
contact the hotel to inquire.
Can you store my luggage before check-in / after check-out?
Yes, please visit our Bell Desk on the 3rd floor before check-in and we’ll be more than happy to hold onto your bags. After check-out, feel free to use the coin lockers on the 2nd floor (coins will be returned after retrieving your luggage from the locker).
How do I pay for my hotel reservation?
Payment will be collected during check-in. We accept Japanese yen and all major credit cards.
What fees would I incur should I need to cancel my reservation?
If you are cancelling one day before your scheduled arrival, you will incur a 20% room charge fee. Cancellations on the check-in day will incur an 80% fee. A no show without informing the hotel ahead of time will result in a 100% penalty.
If you made a large group booking or reserved your stay through an online travel agency, cancellation fees may vary. Contact your agent for more information.
Do you have a waitlist for room cancellations?
Unfortunately, we do not. Please call or browse our website to check for availability.
Is smoking allowed?
All guest rooms are non-smoking. This includes electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. However, there is a designated smoking room on the 3rd floor. See the
Facilities and Services page.
Do you have rooms that can accommodate large groups?
Are there barrier-free accessible rooms available?
Yes, you may request a
barrier-free room when making a reservation. Please note that the number of accessible rooms is limited, so we may not be able to accommodate your request if all rooms are booked.

What items are available for rent?
The following items can be rented out for free from our Front Desk: thermometer, nail clippers, scissors, extra blankets, trouser press, iron and ironing board, extra pillows, diaper bag, electric hot water pot, flat iron, electrical transformer, adaptor plug, extension cord, cooling pad, DVD player, and wine opener.
Is there a safety box in my guest room?
Yes, all guest rooms are equipped with a safety box.
Is there internet access?
Guests have free access to our Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel.
